Frequently Asked Questions: Brand
The Brand FAQs are featured on brand-level microsite pages. Brand FAQs are also located, or “live,” within the FAQ hub of the microsite. These FAQs should be written to align with the university brand and should account for all programs within the partner’s online program portfolio.
Brand FAQs may be required content for microsites following the traditional tUX microsite strategies. Not all questions featured in each category are required to be written. However, it is encouraged to create as many of the FAQs outlined in each category to help paint a larger picture for prospective students when researching the university, its values, the admissions process, and the overall student experience.
