NOTE: For site consistency, keep left column topics the same when possible. You may also include any reusable copy that may appear on all programmatic tuition pages. Ex: Other costs row.

Cost per Credit Hour$XXX
Total Number of Credit HoursXX
Total Estimated Tuition$XX,XXX
[Optional] Additional Fees$XXX
Other Costs to Budget For[RB?] The estimated tuition cost does not include factors like textbooks or other expenses.

Study assistance (H2)

This intro line should run about 90 characters, roughly one short sentence, and should frame the section as an invitation to explore options (Ex. Be sure to explore the options below to get help in paying for your postgraduate education).

Ex. FEE-HELP (H3, Flexible 40ch)

Ex. Students who attend [partner name] can get a FEE-HELP loan to pay all or part of tuition fees.

This should state that this is a government loan program that can cover all or part of tuition fees for eligible students at this institution. It should link out to the official FEE-HELP information page so students can check eligibility and terms themselves. This copy should be no more than 150 characters.

NOTE: Avoid stating specific loan caps, interest or indexation rates, or repayment thresholds, since these should be sourced live from the linked page rather than baked into copy.

Ex. Commonwealth Supported Places (CSPs) (H3, Flexible 40ch)

This copy should name the program and note a limited number of CSPs are available, define a CSP as a government subsidy that doesn’t need repaying, then clarify it’s partial the student still pays a “student contribution amount,” which sets up the HECS-HELP blurb next. Skip exact quotas or dollar figures and point students to an enrolment adviser for those. This copy should be no more than 300 characters.

Ex. [Partner Name]’s [Degre program name] has a limited number of CSPs available for eligible students. A CSP is a subsidy from the government to pay part of your tuition fees — you don’t have to pay it back. This subsidy does not cover the entire cost of your study. Students must pay the rest, called the ‘student contribution amount’.

Ex. HECS-HELP (H3, Flexible 40ch)

This copy should explain that HECS-HELP covers the student contribution amount left after a CSP, and note it’s only available to students already in a Commonwealth-supported place. This copy should be no more than 300 characters.

Ex. If you are approved for a CSP but need help in covering your student contribution amount, you can get a HECS-HELP loan. You can only get a HECS-HELP loan if you are enrolled in a Commonwealth-supported place.

Ex. Employer Assistance (H3, Flexible 40ch)

Ex. Employer Assistance (H3, Flexible 40ch)

This copy should outline that a student’s employer may offer an education assistance policy, and caveat that it likely won’t cover everything but could offset a significant percentage. Use hedging language throughout, since this option is entirely employer-dependent. This copy should be no more than 300 characters.

Ex. There is a chance that your employer has an Employee Education Assistance Policy (EEAP) that could help you cover the costs of postgraduate study. While most EEAPs won’t cover all of your costs, they could help with a substantial percentage.

Ex. Limited Scholarships Available (H3, Flexible 40ch)

This copy should direct students to the scholarships page to check eligibility.

Ex. Visit our scholarship page to see if there is a scholarship you qualify for.
